Between Feb 27 and March 2, a group of students from the master programme ‘Music Education according to Kodály’ and the Saturday course ‘Muziek als Vak’ visited Budapest for a study tour. In what was a packed and busy schedule, they visited primary schools in which they could see the Kodály method of music education in action. They themselves were also put to the test in daily solfege and musicianship lessons. On the last day the group paid a visit to Kecskemét, the location of the International Kodály Institute of the Liszt Academy of Music.
